The company was started by two sisters, Louise and Emma, who have both been working within the hospitality industry for their whole adult lives.
They have both managed and run different restaurants both in the UK and abroad. Involved in this, they regularly helped and co-ordinated various events from weddings to charity functions.
They were then later joined by Louise's now husband Matthew, South African chef extraordinaire. A chef with a passion for fresh, well cooked food and a flair for fire cooking.
